Broom-ova karijera je bila na vrhuncu ranih 90-tih godina u vrijeme velikog vala i interesa za acid house glazbom. U to doba Broom je uživao veliku slavu a ljubav prema ovom zvuku nije prestala ni danas, 20 godina poslije. Entuzijazam za ovim žanrom bez obzira na pojavu ostalih elektronskih pravaca u njemu nije promjenilo želju da u 21. stoljeću i dalje razvija acid zvuk. U svojoj karijeri bilježi i izdanja za etikete Soma, Pure Plastic i Platzhirsch Schallplatten.
