Ovaj klub se smatra predvodnikom moderne elektronske glazbe u Americi od otvaranja 1992.g. Na ovu lokaciju dolazi nova ekipa i otvaraju klub Vibe krajem svibnja.
Nakon što je otvorio 1992.g. u Chicagu, Crobar je nastavio s otvaranjem franšiza pa su tako pokrenuti klubovi u Miamiu 2002.g., New Yorku 2003., te Buenos Airesu 2005. Kroz klub su prodefilirala sva velika imena sa scene poput Paul Oakenfolda, Carl Coxa itd.
Neki nezaboravni momenti bili su legendarni trosatni set Carl Coxa koji je kasnije napravio i kompilaciju Crobar Chicago. Ovo je definitivno mjesto koje je ostavilo ogroman utjecaj na elektronsku scenu u Americi i svima nam je žao što odlazi u povijest. Nadajmo se da ostale lokacije neće doživiti istu sudbinu.
