Zvučni identitet labela seže od Ambienta, Electra i Dub-a makar se nerijetko osvježava sa zvucima House-a, Breakbeat-a i D'n'B. Releasevi dostupni sa Electrolux-a uglavnom su orijentirani na floor, dok s druge strane posjeduju dozu experimentiranja sa zvukom, ali i aranžmanom. Label osim zvučne strane svojih izdanja kojom uvijek pokušava ponuditi nešto novo puno pažnje pridodaje i vizualnom identitetu istih što je vidljivo po odličnim ilustracijama covera.
Na Elektrolux-u zvučnih imena dobro poznatih umjetnika elektronske glazbe ne fali, a dolaze sa svih strana svijeta od matične Njemačke do SAD-a, Velike Britanije, Nizozemske itd. Imena poput Aural Float-a, Full Moon Fashions, Fresh Moods, Subtonal, Monolove, Anthony Rother, Unn, Harry K., Dron, Mass 2008, Apollo 440s samo su neka od mnogobrojnih koja su pridonijela integritetu labela.
Od 1996, Elektrolux surađuje sa njemačkom TV postajom Bayerischer Rundfunk stvarajuči audio-vizualni projekt Space Night koji je odlično prihvačen među ljubiteljima elektronske glazbe, ali i TV gledateljima. Krajem 1997 Elektrolux kreće sa serijom kompilacija Ambient Diary, Elektro Codes i Dub Backups gdje su se osim matičnih artista nanizale i mnoge suradnje. Volume One je bio trenutan uspjeh, a svaki slijedeći nastavljao je istim stopama. Cijela serija izdana je u šest nastavaka, čijih je 10 cd-a postalo dio standarda svake kolekcije.
Elektrolux pod sobom ima i nekoliko podlabelova: Elux Records, Liquid Lounge i Mikrolux od kojih svaki u svojoj viziji elektronske glazbe nudi vrhunski doživljaj, a zajedno sa Elektroluxom brojka od preko 200 releaseva zadovoljit će stvarno svakakve glazbene ukuse.
